Yes. A half day can be morning, afternoon or evening — whatever suits your production. Full day covers up to 10 hours. Need more? Overtime is AED 550 (Studio & Shoot) or AED 850 (Full Hub) per hour + VAT.
Studio & Shoot is for productions with up to 10 people — photo and video shoots, podcasts, content days. You get all shootable areas including the studio, the Cadillac and the ring. Full Hub gives you exclusive use of the entire venue for events, workshops, launches and anything with more people.
Up to 200 guests standing. Seated: 24 at the boardroom table, 16 at the dining tables, plus the lounge and workstations.
Your own crew is always welcome. For food we recommend our in-house chef John — he cooks anything from coffee breaks to multi-course dinners with no minimum headcount. Just ask if you have other plans.
No. The hub is alcohol-free and not available for large parties. Launches, brand events and private dinners are very welcome.
No security deposit. We confirm your booking with a quote and invoice. Multi-day bookings get 10% off for 2 days and 15% off for 3 or more.
Yes — our own private parking spots directly in front of the door. Everything is on the ground floor, so loading gear is easy.
